EFT are so simple that many people report wonderful results just
following this simple one page EFT instruction sheet.

Why not try
this EFT experiment... Practice the EFT Tapping Procedure Then
using the supplementary EFT Instructions below and apply EFT to
some bothersome situation or memory. Then call us on 03 97 222

EFT INSTRUCTIONS Here are some tips to supplement the
EFT tapping procedures chart.
1. Get clear on the specific
issue and how you FEEL about it. (Angry, Anxious,
Sad. Hurt, Guilty, Fearful. Etc.)
2. Find a specific, one time
event.
3. In your mind make a short movie
of the event.
(eg When Dad smacked me in front
of my friends at age 11)
4 Come up with a short title for
the movie. eg “Smack 11 anger” or “How Embarrassing”
5. Score how you feel from 1 to
10. (it’s ok if you feel an event is more than 10).
6. Create a set up statement using
the movie title.
eg “Even though I have this
Smack 11 anger I accept & love myself deeply &
completely”
7. Repeat this statement 3x while
rubbing on the sore spot on tapping on the karate chop
point.
8. Repeat the “movie title” while
tapping on points 1 - 12 in the diagram.
(the sheet says to then do #3 ”The
9 Gamut,” you can often skip this and still get the
desired result).
9. Check your score. Repeat the
above steps 7 & 8 until your score is 0.
10. Check for & tap on other
aspects which apply to that event. (eg “sadness when
...” or “Guilt....”).
11. Check for & tap on other
events with a similar emotion or feel.
12. Drink plenty of water to keep
yourself well hydrated.
